If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our copyright agent:

• Your physical or electronic signature

• Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled

• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address

• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Texas

• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the user accounts of repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had user content removed from our service more than twice.

Modifications to Content

We reserve the right to modify, prevent access to, delete, or refuse any content that we believe violates any copyright or other intellectual property rights. The unauthorized copying, modification, use, or publication of copyrighted material will result in appropriate sanctions up to and including termination of user accounts.

User Compliance

Users of DailyPoolTips agree not to:

• Upload, post, or share any content that infringes any copyright or other proprietary rights of any party

• Use our platform to infringe the intellectual property rights of others

• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on our service

• Share login credentials that would allow others to access copyrighted content in an unauthorized manner
